Helper Saturday Vibes is a FREE festive, outdoor market where family and friends can shop local artists and enjoy live music, food trucks and kids activities - all outdoors!

 The 2021 Helper Saturday Vibes event 

will take place on eight Saturdays, June through September

Dates & Hours Are:

June 12th, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

June 19th, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

July 10th, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

July 17th, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

July 24th, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

July 31st, Saturday: 4pm - 9pm

August 14th, Saturday: 4pm-9pm

September 4th, Saturday: 4am-9pm

Some items of note for Helper Saturday Vibes:

A non-refundable $15 application fee is required at the time your application is submitted.  Applications will not be reviewed if this fee has not been paid.

Spaces are 10x10 ft. in size. 

Vendor load-in starts each Saturday at 2pm and will END when the Market OPENS at 4pm - all vendors must be on site and check in NO LATER THAN 3pm.  All setup must be completed before the market opens at 4pm. 

Booth space and fees will be forfeited as a "no-show" if vendors have not arrived for load-in by 3pm and space will be offered to other vendors - absolutely no refunds for no-shows, early departures or cancellations.

Load-out will begin at 9pm on Saturday and must be completed by 10 p.m.

THIS IS A JURIED EVENT - selected vendors will be notified on or before June 1st, for the June 12th event.  Vendors are not expected to attend all event dates.  Vendors may request which dates they want to attend, when applying to the market.

If selected for participation, you will receive an email notice which will include an invoice for your booth fee - be prepared to pay this invoice immediately.  Space is not reserved until the invoice is paid in full.

This is a short list of items to consider before applying to Helper Saturday Vibes.

Vendor Types & Descriptions

Artist/Crafter/Designer ($35 per Saturday) – An artist, designer or producer of locally made crafts, either created or designed by the artist (does not include handmade jewelry).

Jewelry Artist ($35 per Saturday) – Creator and designer of locally handmade jewelry.  

Snack Food or Gourmet Food Vendors ($35 per Saturday) – Selling your own prepackaged food items/baked goods, made in Utah, intended for off-site consumption.

Food Truck ($50 per Saturday) - Prepares food, intended for on-site consumption, from a single vehicle equipped with entirely self contained facilities for cooking and serving food.  Electricity must be requested during the application process; if approved - electricity will be provided for an additional fee. 

Service Vendor ($35 per Saturday) – Selling/providing on-site services to market attendees (ie. henna, seated massage, face painting, airbrush tattoo, balloon maker, consulting, anyone who is not actually selling a product, but providing a service).

Farmer ($10 per Saturday) – Selling fresh produce/plants grown on their own farm/property (vegetables, fruit, herbs and eggs) and/or products made from those items grown on such property.

Non-profit ($10 per Saturday) Must have 501(c)3 status - great opportunity to gain exposure for your organization - fundraising is encouraged.
