(non-voting member) Co-creator of the Park Silly Sunday Market. Kimberly has been living in Park City since 2001. She is a mom and has a background in Marketing Development. Kimberly has sat on the board of several committees in Park City and is a volunteer for many of the non-profit groups in the community. Kimberly was a participant in the 2006 Park City Leadership Program and has become an active member of the Rotary Club. Kimberly and her husband Jeff are well known members of the community because of their success with developing the Halloween Dog Parade, Summerween and the Solstice Rise that take place every year.
A mother of three and a graduate from UCLA in Business and English Literature, Loree DeYoung has always followed her passion. In California, Hawaii, and Washington State, as well as Utah, Loree ran her own horse training and show stables for over 30 years. Following the path of teaching, she became a Certified Ski Instructor for Park City shortly after she moved to Park City in 2012. She has years of experience in event organization and volunteer work relating to the horse industry and has sat on many boards through out her career as a trainer.
Richard is a Park City resident and General Legal Counsel to Black Diamond Equipment, Inc., a Salt Lake City public company which owns (1) Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd., and its subsidiaries in Switzerland, China and Japan and is a manufacturer and distributor of one of the most recognized brand names worldwide of equipment for rock climbing, mountaineering and freeride skiing, (2) Gregory Mountain Products, LLC., a well-established worldwide manufacturer and distributor of packs and luggage, (3) POC, a Swedish manufacturer of sports protective gear and (4) Pieps, an Austrian manufacturer of avalanche rescue equipment.
Geary Furin is a professional with years of experience in sales and marketing, running successful websites, social media campaigns and marketing to high end tourism customers.. After a short career at Mobile Oil in mining products he arrived in Park City, UT for a lifestyle change in 2001. His Park City career was mainly based in helping to grow the areas largest transportation company in the sales and marketing arena. Geary has recently decided to pursue new markets and industries. During his time in Park City he has established lifelong relationships in our community and beyond reaching from 5 Star Resorts to Private Executive Chefs. You may find him on the trails during the winter as a Mountain Host at Deer Valley or in the summer just having fun on his bicycle.
To fulfill a lifelong dream of living in a ski town, Kiel relocated to Park City in 2011 to pursue a new career in the ski industry. As a Professional Electrical Engineer with Doppelmayr, the world leader in aerial ropeway transportation, Kiel is in charge of design, project management and onsite commissioning of numerous gondola and chairlift projects located throughout North America. On the weekends in the winter you can find him skiing/riding the local Park City resorts, and in the summertime on his mountain bike on any one of the area's great trails.
