The Silly Team had a great time last night meeting local producers at the Swaner EcoCenter with Slow Food Park City! This event was all about joining together and meeting all the amazing local producers and seeing all they have to offer!

Last night was all about learning how to find locally and sustainably produced food in the Park City area, which is perfect for the Silly market! What we are even more excited about is having many of these local producers at the Silly market this summer!

I’ll give you a little sneak peak into some of the amazing vendors we saw last night that are going to be joining us this summer at the Silly Market…

Every ones favorite pickles (yee-haw pickles) will be back at the Silly Market this summer, as well as Red Bicycle, Butchers Bunches, and the Chocolate Conspiracy! We can’t wait, what about you!?

I know it seems early to start thinking about the summer when there is still snow on the ground and a storm making its way to Utah, but you better start thinking about it! Park Silly Sunday Market is now accepting applications for our 2012 Summer of Silliness! Applications for Art/Craft/Food/Product Vendors, Farmers, Non Profit Organizations, Sustainable Issue Groups, Kids Activities, Musicians, Performers, Featured Chefs, Interns and Volunteers are all open!

Welcome 2012!!!

Hey, hope everyone had a great break over the Holiday’s, I know I did! Nothing like a little break to refresh then get back on track! The only thing that could have been better about the break was more snow! I mean, this is Utah, the best snow on earth! Everyone needs to do a snow dance.

Park Silly Sunday Market made a big move after the Holiday’s and we no longer have office space on Main Street. The move was crazy but we are loving the new office space. Now that we are all moved in we are trying to get back in to work mode.

Just so everyone knows, our offices are now in Prospector, which is a great location and still very close to Main Street. Once the office is revamped and ready to go, we would love for you guys to swing by sometime and check it out. I think you will be impressed.

We are already working hard to make sure we all have a silly summer season! If any of you are interested in booth space, just call Cole, he is very friendly and his contact info is on our website.
